Rolling Rams Basketball
It was the St. Louis Junior Rolling Rams against the MHS staff on the basketball court on Wednesday, March 5. One major addition to the competition...wheelchairs. The Rams put on an amazing display of hoops...the MHS staffers did their best to keep up. All proceeds benefit the Rolling Rams wheelchair basketball program.

MHS Football Team Honored By St. Louis Rams
The St. Louis Rams honored the MHS football team on Saturday, January 25, as its Missouri High School Football Team of the Year, based on competitive improvement and community service by the team. Players spent the afternoon at Rams Park getting a tour of the facility and enjoying the opportunity to take part in activities on the indoor playing field. Click here to watch a video.
MHS Mothers' Club STUDENT Trivia Night!
Mehlville High School Mothers' Club STUDENT Trivia Night takes place Saturday, February 1st, from 6:30 - 10:30 p.m.
--Holiday Inn Ballroom, I-55 & Lindbergh.
--$15 admission includes beverages and some food... you can bring snacks.
--tables seat 8-10... tickets available for smaller groups.
--prizes awarded for best table theme.
--sign-up outside MHS cafeteria during lunches January 22 & 24.

Coaches Pay Off Paws 'N Peace Challenge
Paws 'N Peace Holiday Challenge Winner
The Paws 'N Peace Club Holiday Challenge pitted athlete against athlete. MHS Boys and Girls Basketball teams challenged MHS football players to see which group could collect the most canned, non-perishable and personal care items for the MHS Gives Back program. For the winning prize, three varsity coaches agreed to sacrifice their vanity, if not their sanity. If coach Kent Heinemann’s football players win, boys’ basketball coach Andrew Guethle has agreed to shave his head, and girls’ basketball coach Jackie Wamser will have to wear pig-tails for a week. If the basketball teams win, Coach Heinemann must stop shaving his head, and let his hair grow out for at least one month. The Joy of Giving
MHS National Honor Society members made their annual journey to Clay Elementary School in north St. Louis to spread some holiday cheer. The Shoe Box Project delivered 600 gift boxes....one for every student. The kids at Clay were thrilled...so were the Mehlville students who spent the morning as Santa's helpers. MHS Women's Choir Entertains with Christmas Carols
Members of the MHS Women's Choir, directed by Angie Hendrick, entertained SSD Lifeskills students and MHS administrators Tuesday, Dec. 10. Twenty-six young ladies, grades 9-12, make up the choir. To hear their performance, click here.

'MHS Gives Back' Re-Stocks Food Pantry
Members of the group known as “Mehlville High School Gives Back” spent part of their Leadership Class period Tuesday, Dec. 10, unpacking food items collected from the community.
